This is the company to use for appliance service especially in Orange County and Huntington Beach area where they are based. They literally saved my home sale when my... read more high end Liebherr refrigerator decided to have freezer problems and stop making ice during my escrow period on an expensive home who's new owner would not appreciate moving in to those functions missing. Liebherr service is based in Florida but they said Michael and Fridge guys were their best service contractors nationwide was a plus. A first visit diagnosed thermostat design problem they knew of so instead of replacing thermostat they moved it within the freezer to location more accurately setting temperature. Next day followup revealed freezer temp was normal but no ice! Michael (the owner and expert) immediately came back now 1 day before closing escrow armed with every part it could require and replaced the ice maker entirely. 12 hours later we heard the music of ice dropping and problem solved with no issue for new owner. Michael was persistent, available, in direct communication throughout and wouldn't stop until it was fixed. You can trust Fridge guys to be the most competent and experienced team for your problems and don't waste time and money going anywhere else.

We recently called on the Fridge Guys for a freezer that just stopped freezing. Mike, a live person, actually answered the call and made an appointment - no hassles. The technician promptly came and ran his diagnostics and determined the potential problem and made the effort to fix the problem. When I called to address the ongoing problem, Mike took the time and cared enough to explain the possibilities and was willing to readdress the problem. Michael recommended that I call WCR a Subzero certified parts supplier and order a rebuild kit for my Subzero 550. This included a new compressor, heat exchanger, condenser and drain tube. I liked this because I purchased the parts without a markup. Fridge guys came out and rebuilt my Subzero and now I have a Subzero that functions like a new refrigerator.
